Origin, the UK cross media measurement initiative has issued a request for proposals for the provision of independent commercial TV spot records, to be used within its advanced single source cross media measurement system.

The RfP seeks companies to provide Origin with an independent record of commercial TV spot campaign laydowns, metadata and ID services for over 150 commercial TV channels, which will be used within Origin TV measurement assets, including its single source panel, for the purpose of measuring TV campaign exposures.

A further subsequent RfP will be issued for an industry Ad-ID harmonisation initiative, linking TV campaign IDs with the same campaigns from across the media ecosystem, establishing a single harmonised Ad-ID for campaigns across all media channels.

Interested parties are requested to submit their proposals by 25 January 2023.
